Purchase and Terms of Delivery
Requested products are shipped on pre-payment only. All prices in Swiss francs (CHF) incl. packaging costs, excl. shipping cost, taxes and duties. Delivery term: FCA Gravesano, Switzerland (Incoterms 2022). There is no minimum order requirement except for custom-made products. Quotations are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are normally shipped within 30 days of when they are received. Shipments occur by the fastest possible way at buyer’s cost. Use of buyer’s express delivery account for shipping requested products is mandatory. Defects of shortage upon receipt must be notified within 5 days, and quality complaints within 30 days.

Conditions for Use
All listed products are for research and development laboratory use only. We reserve the right to insist on a written order and/or references before proceeding on an order. Products should only be handled by qualified technical personnel, acquainted with safe laboratory practice. The buyer is responsible for safe use of our products. OUR PRODUCTS ARE FOR NOT FOR CLINICAL USE, NOT FOR HUMAN USE!
Product Information and Storage
Our culture media kits are manufactured as liquid concentrates. Please refer to the procedure for the preparation of the media for more details. Recommended storage conditions are indicated on the parcel as the product may be damaged by prolonged exposure to ambient temperature. The goods are shipped in carton boxes. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss a shipping problem or any technical problem.
Warranty
We warrant that our products are of merchantable quality at time of sale. There is no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of these products for any particular purpose. Our sole obligation is to replace the product without charge or to refund the purchase price. In no event shall we be liable for incidental or consequential damages. The buyer is solely responsible for, and shall ensure, compliance with all foreign and domestic, federal, state and local statutes, ordinances and regulations applicable to the use of our products by the buyer. The buyer is solely responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses or other approvals required by any governmental authority in connection with buyer’s receipt, handling, storage, disposal, and use of our products.
These terms of delivery shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of Switzerland, without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of law
